It's always fun to work on paintings with this theme. Usually the kids come up to me and ask the most innocent naive questions.

The tide is low, the waves are gentle, the Sun is warm on the skin,  an ideal situation for Moms to take their children into the cool waters of the North Sea. Here I have re painted over a work I made earlier n in the season.
