Another beautiful sunny morning, somewhat cold, you can see it on the water, a perfect day for sailing and for us plein - air artists, painting. Again the shadows created by the rising sun and the drifting clouds, give definition to this quaint scene. I managed to capture the renowned Dutch Light, which comes across quite handsomely in this inviting seascape.

Alberto, I like how you paint the same scenes again and again.
You really nailed the prominent dark shapes in this one. It really grabs me. I can feel the cold, so like New England where the only really warm months are July and August.
I like to think of you and your daughter out painting together.
