Finally the winds calmed down, and my condition of St. Anthony's fire (wond roos) has also cooled down. What inspired me to make this painting, apart from the fantastic view, was the new growth of the vegetation in the dunes. Color is reappearing slowly but surely. Check out the effects of the strong winds from the sea on the bushes at the bottom left. Do you know exactly where I was sit up for this painting? If so, you are entitled to a 10% discount.

Beautiful. Looks Cold!
You are an intrepid painter, braving the elements like you do.
Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting on my cantaloupe painting.

Thanks Mary,
It was cold, but little to no wind made it comfortable enough. My wife is also a struggling artist, thus I can't afford to wait for only good weather conditions.
